We have five raised beds that grown many different vegetables. One bed is for tomatoes, one is for peppers, another one is for eggplant, one has kale and Swiss chard, one is for string beans, and one long bed is for cucumbers and zucchini. We do very well with are gardens and feed over 25 families on a rotating basis. We have the St. Dorothy statue in the garden. The previous social ministry director was a longtime gardener! Her name was Dorothy. Tremendous help for the local families with food insecurities.

Watering, weeding every day.
4 types of tomatoes, kale, Swiss chard, eggplant, string beans, 4 types of peppers, zucchini, cucumbers.
We picked every day and deliver that day or store in the refrigerator. We have been getting some of the youth who need community service hours involved.

We have grown over 140 cucumbers one season. The families we assist are able to spend their finances on other things that are needed in their homes.
