Garden Details
Most of our gardens have statues with benches for meditation and prayer. While we do plant shrubs, most are flowering varieties with perennials and annuals so gardens are blooming all year long.
Garden Practices
Garden Practices
Mostly organic with some use of fungicides and pesticides as our climate is very humid. Bone meal and blood meal for fertilization.
Floribunda roses, knock out roses, delphiniums, dianthus, crown of thorns, phlox, purple shamrocks and aster, along with day lilies, verbenas, and blue daze.
Our ministry is made up of volunteer parishioners who love the Lord and His gardens.
Additional Information
Additional Information
Extreme heat in the summer and freezes in the winter. Most of our perennials do come back.
Donations are always welcome.
Our floribunda roses were covered with disease and witches brooms two years ago. They are now mostly healthy, blooming in front of St Theresa statue.
