Partner With Catholic Garden Network

Working together to cultivate care for creation and neighbor

Catholic Garden Network collaborates with dioceses, parishes, schools, religious communities, ministries, organizations, and supporters who share a desire to strengthen community life through gardens, shared harvests, and care for creation.

Our partnerships are not one-size-fits-all. Some involve implementation of initiatives like Fresh for Neighbors. Others involve supporting formation, storytelling, or the development of local garden efforts. All begin with conversation and discernment.

Together we help Catholic communities respond to local needs in ways that are simple, faithful, and sustainable.

Ways We Work Together

Dioceses & Catholic Ministries

We collaborate with diocesan offices and Catholic ministries to support initiatives that connect community life, stewardship of creation, and care for neighbors. This may include: Exploring participation in Fresh for Neighbors Supporting local garden efforts Sharing resources and guidance Coordinating with existing outreach ministries

Parishes & Schools

We help communities begin or deepen garden-based ministry at their own pace. Some communities start with shared harvests, others with education, and some with gardens. The goal is not to create a program, but to support a culture of participation.

Organizations & Community Partners

We welcome collaboration with religious communities, organizations, and local partners whose mission intersects with community life, food access, ecology, or education.

Supporters & Donors

Supporters & Donors Financial support allows Catholic Garden Network to develop shared resources, accompany communities, and expand access to initiatives across dioceses. Contributions sustain: Formation materials Resource development Pilot initiatives Ongoing accompaniment of communities

Religious Communities

Monasteries, convents, and religious houses carry a longstanding tradition of gardening and hospitality. Catholic Garden Network welcomes collaboration with communities who wish to share harvests, accompany neighbors, or connect their land and mission with the wider Church. Some participate through shared harvests, others by offering wisdom and example in stewardship and common life.

Gardeners & Individuals

Individuals and households are often the beginning of this work. Many participate simply by sharing a small amount of produce, volunteering locally, or helping connect others to nearby efforts. Catholic Garden Network supports individuals who want to take part in a larger shared effort, even in small and local ways.
